I cut my wife's hair for the first time last July. I'm no professional barber and never have I cut a woman's hair before. Somehow I managed to cut it short and not only was it shorter but it looked like it was grown naturally, and not a straight horizontal cut. You don't want each strand of hair to look perfectly even. I used a barber scissor and that helped a lot in achieving the natural look. I typed this to you today which means that I am still alive and my wife did not kill me. Boy was I very nervous than she was at the time.

After we got through that, I also colored her hair! She was so thrilled with the end product. So was i, because no issues arguments or fights have ensued during the process. Thank you for a very simple entry video. I have now cut my wife's hair three times and I like to review this video before I start for the fundamentals. She is very happy with the results, not really to my credit but to the video you made. Yep its still not a salon cut and I am sure she will enjoy that when her regular reopens but for now this method makes her happy and no fights.
