The gt500 is the pure v8 lol that c8 z06 sounds like a lambo but still good don’t count it as a v8 tho despite it being a v8 due to the sound

The fact that a corvette is mid engine, naturally aspirated and sound like this is a testament to America moving forward technology wise and away from the stigma about American V8s being outdated lumps of metal and not as good as european V8s. Zo6 sounds more refined like an unassuming kung fu master that speaks softly but will kick major @$$, mustang sounds more like a muscular bodybuilder/street brawler with an attitude. Zo6 wins for me.

Shelby is definitely the V8 sound that’s nostalgic, but there’s something about the corvette that has the V8 sound and that ridiculous high pitched scream that it can do 😅
It’s kind of like a V8 with a supercharger whine 🤤

See, this is more of what the Z06 sounds like in real life. It doesn’t sound as special as a lot of vehicles would have you believe. The GT350 on the other hand, now that’s special.

Both sound good. The GT500 has the angry, badass vibes in spades and the Z06 just sounds so athletic, sporty and capable. I would really really love to have both.
