There's a point during the fight where he starts charging his power. You can use a claymore charged attack to stop it and stun him.

Here's a tip: you can beyblade on it with ANY claymore unit if you got no Jean. Any anemo or other element that can stagger basically works too. Can even petrify it mid charge with a meteor.
Also, for that one achievement where you have to dodge its "bullet" or dash attacks, you actually only need to dodge it ONCE. So you can just lower its health to where you can one shot it and do the dodge.

And yes, you can fly over it, but it can reach Scara's flight height so put him on a geo MC or any geo construct that can lift him a little higher.

Another good way to defeat him
1 bring a claymore
2 stay behind him (it can't attack from behind)
3 star attacking it when it starts glowing a claymore user is able to cancel it's special attacks canceling it's special attack does a lot of damage
4 ONLY attack it when it's glowing
5 repeat until it's dead
