The ATF's new rules are SCARY. At first glance, the rules look the same when it comes to them requiring an FFL. But, when you look closely, nearly everyone now requires an FFL if they plan on selling or trading a 🔫.

ATF needs to be either disbanded or redone as the BAT, or Bureau of Alcohol and tobacco, neither of which are protected by the constitution.

Any executive branch agency that has both regulatory AND law enforcement authority should be defunded, as that has proven itself an arm of tyranny and nothing else.

The ATF can not make nor enforce laws not passed by an act of congress itself. The fact that they are doing whatever they want should be what scares you.

The ATF doesn’t have the authority to make or change laws, only congress. Why is this tolerated?

There can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate Constitutional rights, nor can they be converted into a crime, and there furthermore can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of his exercise of constitutional rights, and "It is the duty of the courts to be watchful for the Constitutional rights of the citizen and against any stealthy encroachments thereon". If there is an assembly of persons with an intent to prevent the administration of justice in the courts of the United States, and they proceed to execute their purpose by force, there can be no doubt, that it would be treason against the United States.
