My cousin had 3 ATF agents that showed up to my cousins' house about 2 years ago over a FRT. His wife answered the door, and it just so happened my cousin had 5 of his old battle buddies at his house that evening. 4 of them exited the back of the house with shotguns and AR's before he came to the door. When he came out the agents looked like they were about to shit their pants when he asked, "How many I help you?". They stated all of their bs about the FRT and asked if he would be willing to sign some papers and turn the FRT over. He said, "Go fuck yourselves" and they said, "We are just doing what we are ordered to do, sorry to bother you sir." And he said it again "Go fuck yourselves". Never heard from them again.

Should have added that one of his friends called the Sherriff's department. If the ATF shows up with the Sherriff, it's not good...

I don't know what the law is called, but when you cash an inheritance check, the bank has to inform'authorities' in our case 2 days later a gang of off duty cops came in and robbed us at gun point of 9 hours. They stole everything! Nobody would help us. I called a cop watch place he said it was the weirdest case he ever heard.
They took my guy away in his pajamas, cuz they showed up early, they left ME with 20 bucks and took al cell phones and computers, and told me thank my lucky stars they were going to let me have my jeep, cuz they CAN take it if they want.
Trashed the whole place, opened all our mail that was sitting there, tried to punch my dog in the face.
It was crazy. They sometimes show up... just to rob you. These guys didn't turn in the paperwork for over a month, and they had cops on the report that weren't there, and a few of the cops that WERE THERE weren't on the paperwork.
Apparently there's a raid list, I had one of my friends check. Our hoouse wasn't even mentioned. There were 6 raids in the area that day. The problem is this Civil Forfeiture Law, which SHOULD BE ILLEGAL AS HELL, but... it's not, and they feel free to tell you, they don't make enough money so they NEED all of this from you.

The whole mess was surreal. We never got back any of our belongings, we never saw one dime they stole, and the amount they stole out of my room, they lied about it. When I pointed out that I didn't want to sign, because they stole WAY more money, it was my school money, they said just sign it or I wouldn't see a dime of it and they would recount it at the police station, JUST SIGN IT NOW! Yeah neat experience.
They take every dime so YOU CAN'T DEFEND YOURSELVES.

If the ATF is at your house without a warrant. That door stays locked then you get on the phone with local law enforcement and tell them the ATF is trying to violate your 4th amendment right and if they enter forcefully start firing and protect your dog and family at all cost

What if you have to call the cops on the ATF because you've asked them to leave, and they still haven't done it? Do you talk to the cops then?
