42 mins workout becomes 55 mins workout for me. I almost gave up but I push through - grateful for all the regression option!!! Heather you are the best. Loved this!!!

Welp, I kept my commitment and came back to pick this one up and now I can officially say "HR 12 Week 3.0 #COMPLETE!!!" This was so comprehensive, challenging, and worth it! Thank you @Heather Robertson, I will return 4.0 next year and stay in the sweat sesh groove with you!!!

Another tough one today, esp following that killer pyramid workout yesterday! 10s breaks are hard. My sweet spot is 40/20 because it minimizes/eliminates the need to pause. But 50/10 meant I had to pause for an extra 15s or so after 2 or 3 exercises. I’m also 53 😉 but LOVING this program!

really couldn't finish this one, my legs where shaking uncontrollably before even completing the first circuit. I feel a bit dissapointed from myself but I'll keep pushing. Be strong everybody, not everyday is our best day ❤

Saw my comment from last year—this will always be a humbling workout! Definitely still modified at some parts and took longer breaks when needed but my body needed to move. Thank you for the challenge! I would not have pushed myself as hard without your workouts, Heather! ❤

Absolutely struggled. Laying in a pool of sweat for sure. I did not want to do this today (starting period soon, fatigue, nausea etc) but it’s gone after doing this workout. I’m glad I did it though and pushed through! I did modify the hardest one for me in each round and it helped my mindset! Anyone else struggle through this one??
