Over two years, few patches and an expansion later and only few of the mentioned issues have been addressed. Fixable - yes. Going to be fixed - no way! At least not by Firaxis. There still isn't a building queue after the first expansion! They promised to add it in the second one. I'm not sure about the railroads, because these are missing as well. Firaxis is making worse Civ game with each part. It's really sad since I've been playing Civ since the very first game...
