Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips (16oz)
2 cups Broccoli (16oz)
1/2 each red, orange and green bell pepper
1/2 onion, I used a sweet onion
1 1/2 cup bean sprouts (12oz)
Stir fry oil, I made my own with
2 tbsp canola oil, (30ml)
1 tsp sesame oil (5ml)
1/2 tsp each garlic paste and ginger paste (2.5g)
MARINADE: mix in a bowl
1/4 cup hoison (2oz/60ml)
2 tsp garlic paste or minced (10g)
1 tsp sesame oil (5ml)
1 tbsp soy sauce (15ml)
1 tsp ginger paste (5g)
1/4 cup water (2oz/60ml)
Place the steak in the marinade while you prep and cook the vegetables
Slice the peppers and onion and place in a bowl with the Broccoli
Toss with the stir fry oil
Place on a tray or straight into your air fryer basket based on the style you have
Air fry 300°F/150°C for 10 minutes... give them a stir and test for doneness YOU WANT THEM SOFT BUT NOT SQUISHY!!!! Cont. To cook until desired consistency
Remove from the air fryer into a bowl and add your steak to the same pan
Air fry 360°F/182°C for 5 minutes
Add the vegetables in with the steak and now add your bean sprouts... give a good mix
Air fry 350°F/180°C for 5 minutes
Serve over rice
