RECIPE: 2 pieces of Boneless Chx Thighs w/ skin
2.5 tblspns soy sauce
2 tblspns dark soy sauce
Dash of white pepper
1/2 tblspn Chinese 5 spices powder (plus green natural brand; see Amazon)
1 tspn of white sugar (I'm sure brown is fine)
3 cloves minced garlic
Marinate for 30 minutes, skin side up for 20 min on Air Fry at 380 degrees.
I'm sure ginger would be a nice addition. 👍

My younger brother made this and it is actually so good. I can’t recommend this recipe enough! The chicken was flavourful and juicy. I’m from Singapore and this recipe is 10x better than the Michelin starred- soy sauce chicken.

Omg I made this it’s amazing! I didn’t have five spice so I added some ground up clove, cinnamon and peppercorn ; super yum and easy ❤

I’m making this tonight for the second time. (Loved it)
