I know it’s a little late on the comment section but you need to pre-heat your air fryer 400° for five minutes without the steak in it. when you place the steak it gives it a sizzle and a seat then cook a steak at 400. If you want a medium to medium rare eight minutes take it out after four, flip it and do the other four Hope that helps

I just got an air fryer and have no clue on how to use it.. I've watched so many videos on how to marinate steak.. salt it to draw out moisture and making up sauces blah blah blah..
All I wanted was just to see how to cook steak in the fryer..
