I experienced an in person Gong/crystal bowl/digerydo (that long thing people blow into) sound healing and it was truly incredible. I could feel the vibration and I felt so happy and at peace. I would like to learn to play gongs so that I can create the experience for myself.

it´s like flying through universe, light and energetic. I often listen to it with earphones (even more powerful) when I have problems falling asleep, and sleep comes after a few minutes 🙂... amazing ... the best I could find on yt indeed ... thanks so much ...🙏
