*Question 1:* So (name), what actually motivated you to take the time to meet with me today?
*Goal:* Start to discover their situation and their problem

*Question 2:* (Name), what's your ultimate objective right now? What are you really trying to achieve?
*Goal:* Learn the clients dream outcome

*Question 3:* Cool and (name), what's the biggest thing stopping from being (there) right now?
*Goal:* Clarify the problem (confused buyers always say no)

*Question 4:* What have you done so far to try to solve (X) problem?
*Goal:* Figure out why previous attempted solutions failed, so you can create difference

*Question 5:* And just curious, why not just continue to use that system to [achieve ultimate objective]? Why even talk to me?
*Goal:* Get them to justify a NEED for the conversation, and ideally, you

*Question 6:* Who is your ideal customer? (Demographics)
*Goal:* Align the leads you will be generating with their ideal clientele

Two magical words: *"Anything else?"*

*Question 7:* What are these customers worth to you on average? (LTV)
*Goal:* Plant a seed of justification in investing into the generation of more of these customers

*Question 8:* And (name), what are you guys averaging in monthly revenue right now?
*Goal:* Create a gap in current state & desired state

*Question 9:* And what's your goal for monthly revenue? What do you feel like you deserve to be doing?
*Goal:* Create a gap in current state & desired state

*Bonus question:* And you said marketing is really the main thing blocking you from that?

*Bonus question:* If you solved the marketing, like, where do you think you could take this business?

*Question 10:* What would be different in your business if you were at (X goal)?
*Goal:* Have them paint a vivid picture on how achieving this would change their business

*Question 11:* Why do you personally want to get to (X goal)?
*Goal:* Dive deep, why? What does this do for THEM

*Question 12:* Is this a priority by the way or more of a put it off for later kind of thing?
*Goal:* Have THEM confirm the urgency
