A must watch talk. I have had the honour of having Rana train and coach me several times in sales, and I can tell you that she's the best of the best. I've had 15 years of sales experience, and her insights and knowledge still blows me away. But most of all she knows how to connect.

You really "sold" selling to me. ;) Like you said, it doesn't matter how good you are at something, if you don't have the ability to convey that to others, it's not worth much.
