Just do whichever one you can keep up. The exercise isn't gonna do any good if you give up after 2 weeks.

Use a 3x5 index card to count calories, and exercise moderately. The most important factor in fat loss is diet.

for people who're pressed for time, will a 30-second sprint every day be a good idea? Just one sprint a day, not interval training where you rest and do multiple sprints. Just one 30-second sprint so your legs/cardiovascular system get some work.
