The option IS there, but it is hidden!
When you open parsec, it should show up in the System Tray (right side of the taskbar, probably in the arrow menu). From there you can right click that parsec icon, and "Run when my computer starts"!
My parsec starts up before even logging in, allowing me to restart and log into my PC remotely.

i'm actually really glad things like this software exist even if its not perfect, it really helps with the stay home aspect of whats going on in the world right now, good job on finding a way to make what you do happen while still being safe.
