Zollotech. Thanks for the instructions! Followed it to a 'T' and I am now writing this review on my repaired MacBook Pro. The only trouble I had was reconnecting the three cables as shown at 3:08 ...that was a little cumbersome. But with a little patience and perseverance, I got the cables reconnected. I found it easier to have the MacBook back at a 90 degree angle when putting the replacement display in place. All together, it took me about 45 min. Thanks again.

I came here considering helping a friend with a borked display. I'm VERY impressed with the presentation, and the time saving video production techniques. Your narrator is great, and the microphone and camera choices are spot on.

Having watched this, I know that it's cost prohibitive but now I won't bother looking into the replacement parts that list at less than $100. I suspected as much, now I won't waste any time. My friend's MBP probably won't get repaired. C'est la vie. My choices are informed by a terrific video. I'm a subscriber now.

I've used this to swap screens on Retina Pros and yeah, it's a great guide, very informative. I often get them in stock to sell so I do a "good/better/best" thing where ones with scuffed screens get paired with scuffed keyboards/cases and then the nicest screens go on the cleanest machines. Gets around that super common problem a lot of these have which is screen delamination, which I believe even on the last 2015 Retina Pros Apple don't cover for free replacement any more.

Just replaced the display of an early 2015 13" MacBook Pro. This was very helpful. Only difference is two additional screws needed to be removed next to the hinges before the screen can be separated from the computer body. Took about 30 minutes for a first timer. $360 for the screen and $11 for the tools. Good as new.
