I really loved this practice! I enjoyed the length, pace and poses. I appreciated the reminders to soften the neck, shoulders and jaw. I struggle with that, so that really helps me. Also, in wide-legged child's pose, how important is it that the hips and bottom are resting on the heels? Thank you, as always, for these wonderful flows!
