GTA Vice City: BEST way to make money [Cone Crazy MAX Earnings]

This is a tutorial on how to max out your money ($999,999,999) at the beginning of the game before completing any missions.
The way to do it is via the mission "Cone Crazy", in just 23 attempts your money will look like this: $999,999,999. This is by far the best way of maxing out your cash because a money cheat does not exist and not every version of the game can be modded. In just 30 minutes you can have billions.

Side note: you can restart the mission by parking the Stallion where you took it from. Exiting and entering the car again will restart the mission!

Here I'll add a reminder of steps to help me and others
hit the corona when the clock is at zero (7X) (0-7)
run the clock up one second (9X) (8-16)
move the cones so they don't explode (7X) (17-23)

I had given up on this mission and was really worried how to Max my cash. And since I don't use cheats I was devastated. But from your trick of moving the cones, I finally did it.. Ty Dude👍

Still works, I can't believe it!
My plan was to go on a rampage and collect money from assets since you only need 400.000 dollars to buy every asset, but that takes a lot of time, so the progress just stopped dead.
I was done at Attempt #13, becauce I had more than 3 million already and it became tricky for me.

For max money, I just did police missions in a Rhino where the criminals kept spawning in a specific location after level 12 or something & I positioned the chasing near the airport so I can always grab a new Rhino when needed & ran to my auto dealership to get stars off of me if I blast too many criminals too soon.

Wish LCS and VCS on PS2 had easier ways to Max our money.

Thanks dude! This is so awesome and extremely easy to do on PS2. On PS2 there's no need to do the first 7 0-second completions. You just do the first one with 0 seconds left, park the car next to the arrow on the parking lot where you first found it, get out and back into the car to restart the mission and then complete it with 1 second left. Keep doing this each time with 1 more second on the clock each time until you get to 22 seconds left on the clock and then stop after that at $838 million reward for the run with 22 seconds left (23rd run). On PS2 there was no need to ever move the cones before the runs for me. I could still finish even on the last run and have like 7 or 8 seconds to spare before the countdown timer hit the target number.

If you mess up and hit a cone, just go back and park the car, get out and back in and resume with the time-tested that you previously tried to get before failing.

If you flip or destroy your car, grab a different car, drive down and out of the garage and to the street, then turn around and go back up to the top of the garage and grab the newly spawned Stallion car and resume where you left off with the time-remaining progression before the car was destroyed.

Also.. It's a little tougher to control the car if it starts raining during your runs, so wait out the rain if you find yourself being unable to control the car in it.

In case you already mess up, there's two ways as well to win alot of Money outside of Cone crazy:

1-Complete Vice city Endurance on Sunshine autos, you will alot of money for that race.

2-Unlock the Hunter (Hidden Packages or get 100% where two hunters will spawn...one in Lance safe House and other in military Base) and start doing the Side mission...after Level 12 you will tons of money...HOWEVER i do not reccomend go above level 100 because the Game can crash after a long time.


It can't max out money both in a short period of time but it sure can help win some money when you trully need it.
