My preferred way to get money is to play through the game until you finish the Copland mission which is around halfway into it. This unlocks the cop outfit at the Vice Beach Police Station. Collect all 100 hidden packages to unlock the Hunter helicopter at the army base. Use the cop uniform to sneak into the army base to steal the Hunter then play it's Vigilante mission. If you do this for about 30 mins to an hour without failing the mission which shouldn't be a problem since the Hunter makes it super easy you will earn enough money to last you the entire game.

Best I've gotten out of Cone Crazy is 200 million, collected over 20 rounds of beating it. This method can be found on YouTube, wait until the timer reaches 00:00 for the first seven times, in doing so you will reach the max amount of time spent during the rounds where your bonus time for each checkpoint is reduced. Once you can no longer beat your personal best by running the timer down to 00:00, then add an additional second to the timer each new personal best. The fastest that you can go with the pattern shown in this video is 00:11, the second biggest reward. A 00:12 time is beatable with a different path, but is more difficult to preform. Having a 00:12 time will give you a reward of $104, 857, 600, 209, 715, 000, which if you have not skipped a step beforehand would put you at over 200 million.

I got $104, 862, 357 dollars doing this, I could've known about this 17 years ago when I was 4, playing these games for the first time, I will say getting the $104 million was a pain in the ass.

My favorite way to make loads of cash in this game is the Brown Thunder vigilante missions. The largest payout I got up to was $255, 000 I was on level 50 something, not only did I have a blast but I went from just over 800K to 7.1 million in about 30 minutes.

Fastest way, Do vigilante missions.


Get a 3 star agent car (You can spray paint it) and every time you get 2 stars just spray paint it and kill your enemies after. It gets to a point where you're getting between 50, 000$ to 300, 000$ money in each kill.
