I’m interested in the MiniFuse 2 but does this pointless “MINIFUSE” pseudo-hard drive (seen at 0:46) appear on the Mac desktop every time the MiniFuse is connected? That would really bug me.

I am a bit scared about installation process - I plan to use Minifuse 2 with my main workstation, macbook and windows laptop)) Some of us don`t need additional software, so why not to give users opportunity to freely download driver itself without serial numbers and registrations?))

I currently use Line6 Toneport UX2 which includes GearBox APP as the frontend to Monitor whilst Recording. This has a Send 3&4 which can be placed after GATE/COMPRESSOR/DE-ESSOR but before DELAY/REVERB which is great to hear in stereo but not record the latter fx to then add later and is monitoring the Direct Signal. However, the APP crashes when you access the ASIO/MIDI Driver Settings which you do not need as it simply matches your DAW.
What is the method for DIRECT MONITOR for this? Does it have a switch for this within ASIO Settings OR just by using the Front Switch instead? If the APP is not a Standalone Pre-Amp with similar FX it can add but not record then that will need another Duplicate Track set to use a Reverb on 100% for this purpose.
The Toneport was a very good method. They just need WIN11 updated for the ASIO Setting to not crash.

Can i work with a headphones 250ohm of impedance in the Minifuse 2?? What is the maximum impedance of headphones that the minifuse can handle ? Not many people talk about this and i think it's important
