I downloaded the YouTuber Robert Iacobs coarse in 2021. I only paid $12 on sale through Udemy but he now sells it himself for around $220. It was the best straight forward coarse I have taken for a great price and it was worth the investment. I now have 5 furnished apartments through the rental arbitrage method. But I’m not one of those people making 6 figures a year. I’ve had many slow winter months and have lost a lot of money. So this business model can work but you just need a coarse that also shows you the risks and shows you how to do your due diligence to cover your a**. It’s not all rainbows and sunshine how some make it out to be.
