I found a great way to manage my stress. For me stress sends me to a snack binge, when I'm stressed, I eat.. I utilize walking and my hobbies to distract and reduce my stress tremendously.

I noticed with cottage cheese. I eat that on daily basis. I had 1% fat cottage cheese it's good. I had 5% by mistake. It was quite heavy so I felt so full from its fat. Since then i choose 5%fat. The fat satiation is important as long as I don't go over the calorie deficit. Thank u for the great video 💛

Have you looked at using MTC oil to aid in hunger management? What are your thoughts on this?

I feel like there’s something wrong inherently with my brain sometimes.

I’m a male and i workout a ton and I am generally athletic. I squat 315 for reps, etc.

I used to be a wrestler and I remember how after long periods of undereating for wrestling I would be so hungry that no matter how much I ate, I could eat more. I would regularly eat until I was literally crying and throwing up (unintentionally) from the pain in my stomach from how much food I had eaten.

That was a while ago and today I workout a ton but it is a genuine struggle a lot of the time to eat under 3000 calories.
I’m convinced there is something wrong with me psychologically or physiologically because no matter how much I eat I always have an urge to eat more.
There’s definitely some emotional aspects to it. I just wish I could function “normally”

And sometimes medication s can make you have hunger cravings and gain weight on you too but Consult your Doctor and tell him or her how do you feel

Eating processed food s and greasy food s that are very high in salt and sugar and especially fat content makes you hungry from experience in my own life there should be a vitamin supplement or medication s like a pill to control hunger cravings so that you can lose weight especially me
