Wish I had this information a year ago. Lost hair & binged uncontrollably a few times; waking up in middle of the night w/ ravenous hunger. It led me to carnivore diet, now all is right w/ my world.

Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been struggling in the evening with food. I fast 3 days a week. I do great during the day then I stay up late and get off track with eating and not sleeping enough. So I’m not sleeping enough.

For controlling my hunger the best way for me is to stick to true ketogenic style of eating with 75-80% calories from fat. For me it means close to 300g of total fat per day..
