Just came across your video, very interesting but there are a number of these healthy foods or supplements
that are not advisable if you have high blood pressure, a factor that a large number of men suffer from as
they age, one for instance was Saw Palmetto it apparently causes a rise in your blood pressure as does
Beta Sitosterol, supplements I would like to take but am not sure, no point in asking doctors they tend
to be against supplementation.🤔
