Mental shift the single move that will help you

First things first, to get mindset mastery, get your head right, like any other mechanism, if the nuclear part is not working properly how can you expect everything to work out? It won't.

There are a lot of ways to start getting your head right, explore and find the one thing that can help and that you can stick to it. Do this exercise I explained in the video if you can, make an effort to pull yourself towards what you want. Mindset mastery is just like any other exercise, practice, practice, practice.
