Great news about Bean. I rescued a very shut down dog (my profile pic) They brought her to the meet & greet room in a carrier. It took 2 people to carry her (12 lbs). They told me they didn't want to upset her. She came out of the carrier twice to grab a piece of hot dog. Elsa just watched me from across the room. One day I was cleaning in my bedroom. I was talking to Gino (I rescued 3 yrs ago) and scratching his head. Elsa tiptoed into the bedroom to see what was going on. I called her over & showed her I had 2 hands. I told her I could pet her also. she came close enough that I could barely touch her. Gino wanted all the attention and scared her off. I think it took her about a month to warm up to me. Almost a year later she is my cuddle bug! I just love watching you work with these dogs. It is very rewarding.

My husband and I have rescued 10 dogs and 5 cats. Vet care is ridiculous in the costs. We love animals, but it is breaking us. Tried to find good homes for the 8 puppies a dumped pit Bull mama had the day after we took her in from the streets. Only found 4 homes so we kept the rest. They are now 9 years old. We’ve had thousands of $ vet bills for things like bladder sones for our cat and congestive heart failure for our chihuahua and knee and hip issues for our black lab who is 12. I love your help of animals. You are Angels to animals. Bless Beautiful Bean.

As an Aussie myself in my mind Bean is Aussie. He would say. "No worries guys. I'm good". Your dedication to his recovery is so inspiring. God bless you both

I'm so glad he hasn't had to lose his leg. He's so cute. We just adopted a boxer mix and we named him BEAN!

I lost my Rosie on July 5th. She was Border Collie and Blue Heeler mix. Talk about smart! And energetic! And a little bit crazy. She and I understood each other and we had 15 wonderful years together.

So happy our little Bean is ok! He looks like the surgery didn’t even phase him. No, Bean does not need Coffee. Can you imagine? He’d be bouncing off the walls.

I think your viewers have ‘adopted’ Bean in their hearts. Let us know about his adoption. We’d all like to see him go to a loving, kind family where he can live a happy life.

I'm so glad Bean is doing so good.
I have saved all my animals. I have only saved 2 cats from the shelter. We have found so many dogs and find their home or find homes for them. We have 150 lbs newfoundland and also 118 lbs German Shepherd. We have saved them all. My mom passed in Oct and we have her cat. We had one cat left when we got my moms cat. We took care of my mom for 9 months when we lost her. We are empty nesters. Our daughter is 30 and we have five grandkids. Not all from our daughter. Our dogs love the grandkids. Our neffy does not like to travel but about an hour. Our German Shepherd loves to be wherever her mom is. Love my furbabies and will always save our fur babies in one way or another. My husband brought one home from an industrial parkway and another from a corn field. Would not change that either. Cannot wait to see Bean all the way healed. Thank you for everything you do for so many furbabies.

Bean has grown so much since your first video of him. He is clearly a fighter with all that he has gone through. You are going to have a hand full with him as he heals and grows but will be well worth it.❤

Maggie, my Australian Shepherd mix, was adopted from a shelter. She's been my constant companion for 10 years. She is very protective and loyal. Best decision I've ever made.
