I also have heard that baking soda a pinch in your water once a day can alkaline the water. When our bodies are high in acid from eating sugar and carbs acid is good environment to cause inflammation. In that cancer can grow. Baking soda helps inflammation so joint and arthritis can disappear. Alot of older people live by it.
