I got a treadmill desk for work and it changed my life. I started walking 10 miles a day. In the first 10 days I lost 10 lbs. Had no idea this would happen. But there are so many other benefits to walking - its incredible. Walking at work changed my life. I enjoy work so much more now.

I do my own gym at home, walking machine and abs exercises .For lifting my mood really but I didn't knew it affects so many other aspects as mentioned inn the video THX guys :)

Thank you Team Glamrs for all the tips. Today I am writing to you guys for help. Its about my nails. My nails are so so weak, like you can bent my nails when they are lil long and takes ages to grow. Please share a video to make weakest nails stronger(growing them fast is the second priority right now to me as I have grown them many times before but they breaks anyway and its very depressing) .

Walked all my life, did not make any difference to weight even with healthy plant based meals , how ever it does help lift mood ;D
