Thank you so much โค๏ธ I have a type of Ehlers-Danlos and comorbid conditions, and, while being told to "shield" in the COVID crisis, I've been using your videos nearly every day. Normally I use your beginners and intermediate back-to-back, but I've also used videos focusing on hips, posture, knees, and shoulders on my "recovery" days. I've been "shielding" for 4 months, but have never been better. I have visible muscles, my dislocations have reduced ~drastically~, my breathing is better, I've "gained" an inch or two in height, and my pain levels are down. This is someone who, three years ago, was too weak to even do a bridge and needed 6 weeks of emergency aquatherapy to save me. When my friends are experiencing issues with muscles, they ask me what my "new secret" is, and I send them your channel and agree that the videos help them, too. Thank you so much, and I can't wait to continue using your videos!

Love the mind, body connection Pilates provides. Practice Pilates for plus years and continue to so in my sixties. Also you donโ€™t need to be in a class or studio to do, it will become part of your everyday existence.

Hi Jessica. Thank you for the explanation. I do beginner pilates (mat classes). Would you suggest keep doing pilates for fixing diastasis recti? I have 2 finger gap and follow all exercise moves of pilates, including roll up, plank etc, basically the exercises that many people say worsen the abdominal separation. Would be grateful for your response. Thank you!

As you say working the whole core is key and your knee programs have really helped me to reduce knee pain and build whole-body strength after years of issues ๐Ÿ™‚. Btw have you read a fascinating new book called โ€˜Caged Lionโ€™ by John Howard Steel? Itโ€™s a great read about how Contrology turned into Pilates after Josephโ€™s passing - as written by someone who knew and learned from Joseph and Clara Pilates. Very insightful and wonderful to learn about how so many people worked together to make Pilates what it is today.
