This is so relatable to experience reallu, it makes total sense if you pay attention to what you actually feel after experience pleasure or pain

Perhaps I missed this? If the brain is trying to maintain balance, what is it conflicting with? Are we talking about two different areas of the brain? One wanting to bring things back to balance, while the other is craving more dopamine? What the heck am I missing?

wow. her hyper reductionist and binary "explanation" is really just a linear description in disguise; scientists do this all the time...homeostasis is also a myth that easily grabs the attention of the fitness pros (they way she did both interviewers)...then she gets into "because evolution"....literally every cliche about this topic (Except opponent process theory)...

i should do a youtube video on the topic...or find an intelligent former addict (Leo longevity comes to mind if we're speaking stricly youtubers)
