Just got off a week of 10/12 hr shifts in the kitchen.
Came home, told myself I'd try and get my mind off the strain on my body and mind that this kind of work loves to invoke.
But here I am, just watching a night on the line, after an entire week on the line. It's addicting - and I love it.

If you have never worked in restaurant's, then let me tell you, this kitchen was unfathomably busy this night. Tickets from top to bottom coming in all night. The best!

I'm now a line cook at a ramen shop .
