I have followed these instructions and everything is installed. However when I go to the app to set it up to work it won’t connect to the lock - it asks me to turn the lock …over and over. Not sure how to connect the 3 devices?

Very smart lock! We have a lock installed with keypad but it cannot be controlled by voice assistants. This one is very cool!
