They change rules after fail start norris, from now every tyre move beffore green light is fail start

Well to clearify this: At Norris jumpstart the rule was "Penalty if the sensor shows movement". But the sensor wasnt working correctly. So they changed the wording after this race to "Penalty if the car moves before lights go out". After this change Riccardo did his jumpstart, so its a Penalty

I'm pretty sure Lando moved inside his box that's why the sensors didn't pick it up. Ricciardio on the other hand got detected. Again I'm not sure, but correct me if I'm wrong

I definitely think theres a British bias to an extent but his front left tire is clearly moving during the countdown.
