as a quad queen myself, I WISH I understood this when I first started my fitness journey

🔑 The key is not to build bigger glutes in the gym but to learn to activate them out of the gym in everyday activities (walking, stairs, standing, etc.).

save these for later. (personal trainer-approved)
1️⃣ flexed foot, heel to the ceiling for your side-lying kicks.
2️⃣ the knee controls the glute medius, so to activate the glutes, press the knees outward over the toes (using a band helps feel it more).
3️⃣ single leg exercises recruit more of your glutes & mind muscle connection, so do as many variations as possible.

improving your mind-muscle connection will improve your glute strength WAY more than any singular workout will
