What a gorgeous meal! Do you think it would be weird to add rice on top of the lettuce and then add the other ingredients over top? I'm looking for meal train ideas for when my daughter has her baby and I'm not sure a plain salad would be hearty enough for her and my son-in-law. But for the other kids, I'll leave the ingredients in serving dishes so they can have theirs served on plates with nothing touching (because, kids). Thank you for the meal inspiration.
