Being a white belt in Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu is a little like being lost in a maze you know there is an escape somewhere but how do you get to it. I’m going to try that guard escape on Tuesday! I usually just stand and try and break the legs but find higher belts have amazing leg strength. I’m hoping using this will help me get out of the guard a lot easier
