Could you do a video on how to set up the bottom side control frame and how to dig that flared elbow in or maybe even alternatives when you get stuck cause as a white belt I feel like a lot of us can agree that the second you get a lot of weight in bottom side control it’s really really hard to get away without be spazzy or pushing really hard using no technique

more garbage escapes that wont work. notice how every instructor conveniently forgets to make sure the guy on top is actually applying a real and heavy cross face with a proper cross side control with thier head down low so that they cant move? they love leaving that part out so that they get more views and fool noobies into thinking this will work.
