I'm ready to go with Team Red GPUs for the foreseeable future if for no other reason than to extend my middle finger to Nvidia. They've burned their bridges with me, and I've been using their cards for ~23 years.

You can literally build an entire computer (7900XTX, B550, 5800X, Hyper 212X, 16gb 3200 DDR4 C16, EVGA 850 BQ, Fractal Focus G) for the price of a 4090.

I think they are quite sharp looking cards too... Not a fan of over-designed aesthetic myself. I like the clean, unfussy 'black monolith' look. These GPU's would be nice in a Fractal Design North or Meshify case.

@4:05 opening the lid raises the GPU out of the box a bit, like there's a platform underneath it that lifts up, pretty slick!

Definitely going for a 7900xtx for my next card. Now let's just hope that retailers respect the MSRP. I know they are already ignoring MSRP for the AIB 4090's.

A clear win for team red simply because nvida ignored the price outright assuming money was no object for all enthusiasts. While enthusiasts are willing to drop much more money for thw best hardware, they’re not willing to spend ALL their money for it. Well done AMD and i hope you’ll take this lesson with you next generation nvida
