"I Figured out whats going on. There's no way you would have figured it out without knowing my system. I use a VPN pretty much 24/7. All I had to do was turn my VPN OFF and boom Geforce Experience opened right away with no issues. If you want, you can make a new video and add this solution to your list of fixes just in case someone else is having issues and tried everything you mentioned in this video".

i have all the 3 services running and i deleted it also with program that forcefully delete settings and all related to nvidia and i still can not fix the problem .

Sinple fix you dont need to delete any applications besides all the nvidea drivers from ur computer and just redownload nvidea on your computer and re install your the drivers and you should be good to go it worked for me
