No no no and no. This is exactly what will cause you flare ups. Avoid bendingx twisting or lifting or people with SI JOINT pain

Don’t do these exercises people, I am seeing an orthopedic surgeon for my si issues and I can tell you 100% that this will make things worse

Lol this is not right at all. Si pain makes it so it’s hard to round your back and actually more painful and damaging to the joint. You should actually keep it stable with as little movement as possible. You are hurting people not helping people
