I am in mn and snow is suppose to be starting tomorrow. In northern mn. We even have had snow blizzards here in the middle of April. It is just mn and we keep moving.

Here in the Adirondack Mountains in NY, usually the last 70 degree day is in September, and by mid May we might have a 70 degree day. We didn't get one this year until almost Memorial Day. It was still snowing in April.

I'm with you on the 70 degree day in the last one here was 2 weeks ago and snow in the mountains 3 weeks LOL keeps people out they don't like it saves on neighbors lol

More like august spent a year and 4 months it snowed 4th of july the only "warm" days were August 🤣

I dream of 1000 acres in Montana, but the land is either overpriced or has blm restrictions, which I know nothing about but I have a healthy distrust of anything tied to the government.
