Four corners isn't a town. It's just what we call the junction of two highways west of bozeman. I'm not sure where Helana is, but I live near Helena.

Where are these median prices coming from? You might score a 1 bedroom for 700 which isn't bad but my mother in law is paying a mortgage price for 2 bedroom apartment in Helena and average house price is closer to 400k.

Obviously didn’t do their homework very well in this video they say that the average home price for Bozeman is 365, 000. That is so untrue the average price for a condo or townhome is 500, 000. And homes are easily $1 million

This video is very misleading, average cost of a house in Bozeman $850, 000 not anywhere close to what you are saying and that goes for all the other places you mentioned. And as many have mentioned if your going to do a story on something know how to pronounce the name Helena and know Four Corners is just that, an intersection not a town . The one thing people don’t take into consideration is the weather, sure July and August are great that’s when most people come here and go what a great place to live . Then they move here and now you have December through May to deal with . Don’t kid yourself Montana is not for everyone and besides that we’re full :-) go to Idaho I hear it’s a real nice place
