For me I just emailed the court with proof of reinstatement and just explain the misunderstanding between another court from a previous speeding ticket and they no only dismissed the charge, they completely expunged it so it was like I never even got a ticket. But that’s here in Arizona each state handles these cases differently.

Texas resident here. Got pulled over for driving while license suspended as well literally coming home from work in personal car. Work was 45+ minute commute so obviously I can't walk it. Now I'm looking for a lawyer to help me get it dropped off record because I am trying to get into cdl school. Which I can do but many companies across the country won't hire me with it on my record. Praying for any help I can get but this is such a daunting issue.

I was in jail for a few hours and then I was automatically bailed out with no money down. When the court hearing occurs, I hope the judge would just give me a fine and let it be done from there. I really don't want to spend any more time in jail.

My situation is this I got a ticket they said because my tags was not good I had no idea at the time but a week later 😒 I was arrested during the time of the court date I could not appear in court because I was arrested at the time so how could Iprove that I was in jail at the time of the court date now I'm on parole so I can't go anywhere my mom took me out of the state and I'm with her for right now so I'm on parole I can't go anywhere or do anything what can I do

Right, pleading guilty is just for fools. Only plead as NOT guilty at the start because they almost always try to find a way to bargain you down to a lighter sentence so you won't spend their time in trial. Then you either still go to trial or accept their bargain, but only accept their bargain without admitting guilt, by pleading no contest!

So I have court next week and a suspended license I was pulled over for headlight. I didn't know my license was suspended. It happen from a ticket. I never received nothing in the mail saying my license was suspended. I paid the ticket the next and got my license reinstated the same week. Should i plead not guilty plead my case

Well if u plea on contest you can't be heard in court. That also means your words have no contest in the court

Why would you plead at all? A man, one of the people is not bound to these codes like you've been told.
The Legal Society has no Jurisdiction (control) over you, UNLESS... they can trick you into entering into a contract with them. And this is done by entering a "plea". No matter which of the three choices you make, even a "NOT GUILTY" plea, it means that you are agreeing the "code" applies to you. Do NOT plead. Instead, make them prove the code applies to you: a man.

I got pulled over and arrested for driving my work truck with a suspended license, my license is from MA and was valid in the MA system but I got pulled over in NY and was suspended in NY from a NY speeding ticket I got about 6 months prior to being pulled over. Those 6 months working in NY I had no idea my license was suspended and when Spectrum ran my background check and driving record check they came back clean. EVEN THOUGH according to NY my license was suspended for a few months already when those checks were ran. I got bailed out the same day for like $300 and the day before my courtdate 2 weeks after getting bailed out my child passed away and I missed court the next day and kind of forgot about it being so overwhelmed with what was going on in my life. now its been like 3 years not being able to drive and having hard time finding work to fund getting a lawyer and Im terrified of just going to face the music and going to jail for however long over an innocent mistake. I never hurt anyone, stole from anyone, lied, and it feels like a broken system. Cant live like this much longer, if I dont have a lawyer soon Im just gonna man up and see what happens:/
