Is there any way to COMPLETELY disable windows from auto adjusting brightness when watching videos?

Since a couple of days ago up to now, windows just keeps doing this stupid thing, whenever I watch any video in full screen it just sets brightness to the maximum possible, if I switch screens it dims the brightness, change back to the video and sets brightness to the max again, it's both driving me nuts and destroying my eyesight.

Any idea on what to do?

The brighten was on my dell computer just went to low and it’s not like it used to be because last time it was so bright that my eyes just cried but now it’s mad low

Hey, bro. So I have this problem when I fullscreen some of my applications like CSGO and my video editor the screen goes low brightness even if it is at 100%
I've done everything I could but still no fix

I have two monitors. I did the 1st Fix and now my 2nd Monitor is acting like my first. While im typing this, the same picture is displayed on both monitors, did I do something wrong?
