in my case when I open any photo not from gallery from messaging app, it increase brighness and when i go back brighness restores.
anothe scenario is for some youtube long and short video, automatically brighness increases which is too annoying. Don't know whoes fault is that.

no but i change screen brightness in 0 to 100% and put it at 75% but every time i come back to my phone its back to 25%
