Best Foam Roller Exercises for Quads

Quads (front of the thigh) are responsible for knee extension (straightening the leg) and are an easy muscle group to keep in good shape using a foam roller. If the quads get tight, it could be causing aches and pains, particularly around the knee, so try the foam roller to see if it helps you.

Remember to listen to your body. If you keep getting the same niggle that doesn't go away, then get it checked out by a healthcare professional.
