This is stagnant water. Stagnant water is non flowing water, after a period of time it may grow mold and some forms of bacteria. If you live in a hot area, this water may also contain Naegleria fowleri, also known as brain eating bacteria. Naegleria fowleri thrives in hot/ warm conditions.

Me and my friend once were in a camp for amaricans in germany wich is abonded and has many many houses we were in every one with some still working machines and stuff like that in one house was a homeless guy that lived there in an apartment and in the last house the hotel it was in 3 parts we were in the first one then wanted to go in the second one and a alarm started we went there again a week later and everything was closed und shut wich means that you always have to look if its really abonded
