I have shingles sometimes but I keep my meds all the time when I feel them coming on I take my med. and it stop them hope you don’t get them anymore they are very painful

I have sciatica and know that everyone is different, of course...but pretty much all these were definite no-no's for me as they just hurt. Perhaps this is meant for lower level chronic pain?

I can do three of the four and I have chronic sciatic pain.

absolutely none of these can be done when you're experiencing sciatic pain. this may be PREVENTIVE, but it does NOT relieve sciatic pain once it's there. you could actually seriously injure yourself trying any of these while your sciatica is flared up

The second exercise shown I can't grab my ankles, as my knees don't bend that far (I've had this problem for years). And the third exercise I can't do at all because again, I can't bend my knees that far.

backward bends, like the 3d exercise, are not a good idea at all for sciatica.

This back pain guidebook called Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it) has treated by back problems. That is truly a great deal to my opinion because I have been working with many, numerous guidelines as well as my back still painful right after each a different one. I had been impressed my back was better. I am hoping this will by last treatment!.

No one can do these exercises when they r suffering from saciatica ... otherwise it would get worse..they are not recommended for saciatica pain..people suffering from saciatica pain should not do it

YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. At the very least, please change the title of this video to "Sciatica prevention stretches" with a disclaimer. Dont be irresponsible, these stretches are absolutely bad for active sciatica. And people might be injuring themselves even more wondering why it's making it worse 3 weeks later.
