If there was misconduct?? The original video shows them kissing before getting into the car, and the guy who filmed it said once they were inside, the car began rocking from side to side. GROSS misconduct!! And how arrogant does a cop have to be - and how corrupt does the brotherhood have to be - for him to just assume there would be no repercussion?? In one of the videos they’re at a children’s park!!

That officer is not in good standing. That shouldn't have happened. There were no arrests. It seems like both new and was familiar with. He should be off duty ( permanently)
