This is a big problem with Indian mentality, Indians want to work for big companies in India or America Microsoft Google Amazon Apple Walmart. But that's not American philosophy. That's Indian philosophy. Americans want to be entrepreneurs business owners leaders 50% of Americans own or work for a small business they are creating something from nothing they are innovating inventing discovering researching changing the world. Indians want to be followers, herd mentality, thinking that Indians deserve to work for a big company because they are smarter and better than americans, but the reality, why didn't Indians go to work for Google 20 years ago Amazon 25 years ago Apple 20 years ago Microsoft 25 years ago. Indians are never there on the first day Indians are never there on the second day Indians are never there on the third day and the inside never there the first year the second year the third year Indians are always followers 20 years later they want to work at Tesla. How many Indians were at Tesla on day one? This is a problem with indians and this is your problem. 50% of Americans owner runs small businesses just 11% of indians. Indians in America don't start businesses. Indians brag about Sundar Nadella and Satya pichai Google Microsoft CEO but where is Indian Microsoft where is Indian google, look at the major American companies founded her co-founded by indians, Hotmail Sun Microsystems Wayfair those were all co-founded by Americans with Indian techie, Indian wasn't in charge. Look at the most prominent company in America started by indian, Cognizant. You are falling into the same trap of Indians and it doesn't matter whether you quit your job at TCS or not you are just going to look at a job at Infosys Deloitte HCL IBM doing the same thing. You are not changing the world you are wasting your life you are just following the herd. Typical Indian mentality that's why India is a failure
